Sean brings a wealth of playing experience and a passion for development to every athlete he works with. Starting in West Hartford travel basketball from fifth through eighth grade, Sean quickly developed a strong foundation and love for the game.
He went on to make an immediate impact at the high school level, starting as a freshman on the varsity team at Hall High School. Sean later transferred to Kingswood Oxford, where he became a three-year varsity starter and served as a team captain during his senior year. After graduating, he continued his development with a postgraduate year at St. Andrew’s School in Barrington, Rhode Island, competing at the AA prep level and earning a starting role.
Sean’s journey continued at Southern Connecticut State University, where he initially walked on to the team and earned a scholarship in his second year—a testament to his work ethic and dedication. Over his collegiate career, Sean became a four-year starter and two-year captain, establishing himself as a leader both on and off the court. He currently ranks among the top five in three-pointers made in program history.
Through years of high-level competition, Sean developed a deep understanding of the game, with a strong emphasis on skill development, leadership, and the mental discipline required to succeed.
Today, Sean is passionate about giving back to his community and sharing the joy of basketball with the next generation. As a trainer, he is committed to helping athletes improve their skills, build confidence, and reach their full potential—both on and off the court.
